Exhibitor Information

July 16-19, 2025  (Westin Resort & Spa, Whistler, BC)

The Northwest Society of Colon & Rectal Surgeons (NWSCRS) invites you to join us at our 2025 Annual Meeting at the Westin Resort & Spa in Whistler, BC, Canada on July 16-19, 2025. We typically have an attendance of about 50 colorectal surgeons, colorectal fellows, general surgeons, surgical residents, and medical students. The majority of the attendees are colorectal surgeons who have been long-time members of our society.

The meeting is very informal with three, half-day meeting sessions. We have a room set aside for the exhibitors next to the meeting room and breakfast is usually served in the same room. Exhibit hours parallel each scientific sessions. We encourage you to be at your booths during breakfast and breaks as this is the peak times for attendees to visit exhibitors.

Exhibit hours parallel our scientific sessions so be sure to staff your table, especially during breakfast and breaks! All breakfasts and breaks for exhibitor representatives are included in your fee.

SET-UP

Wednesday, July 16     3:00 – 9:00 pm
Thursday, July 17          6:00 – 8:00 am


Exhibit set-up begins on Wednesday afternoon. There should be electrical outlets around the perimeter of the room. If you need power cords, let us know and we will request them from the hotel.

CHECK-IN

Please visit the registration desk to pick up your exhibitor packet as well as name badges.

GENERAL SESSIONS

Exhibitors are invited to attend any of the scientific sessions except as noted on the program.

This meeting is quite informal. Leave your suits and ties behind. Business casual recommended.
