The Northwest Society of Colon
& Rectal Surgeons (NWSCRS) invites you to join us at our
2010 Annual Meeting at Sunriver Resort, Sunriver, OR. For
those of you who haven't attended our meeting, we have an
attendance of about 50 colorectal surgeons, colorectal fellows,
general surgeons, surgical residents, and medical students.
The majority of the attendees are colorectal surgeons who
have been long-time members of our society.
The meeting is very informal
with three, half-day meeting sessions. We have a room set
aside for the exhibitors next to the meeting room and breakfast
is usually served in the same room. Exhibit hours parallel
each scientific sessions. We encourage you to be at your booths
during breakfast and breaks as this is the peak times for
attendees to visit exhibitors.

and breakfasts and lunch symposia plus invitation to Wednesday
Reception and Friday dinner at Monterey Aquarium)

Welcome to the 51st Annual Meeting of the NW Society of Colon
& Rectal Surgeons on August 11-14, 2010. We hope that
you will enjoy meeting our members and our scientific sessions.

SET-UP: Exhibit set-up begins on Wednesday
afternoon. Room location TBD. There are no assigned tables.
There should be electrical outlets around the perimeter of
the room. If you need powercords, let me know and I will request
them from the Resort.
CHECK-IN: Please visit the registration
desk to pick up your exhibitor packet as well as namebadges.
GENERAL SESSIONS: Exhibitors are invited
to attend any of the scientific sessions except as noted otherwise
on the program.
MEALS: All breakfasts and breaks are included
in your exhibit fee. Exhibit hours parallel our scientific
sessions so be sure to staff your table especially during
breakfast and breaks.
DRESS CODE: This meeting is quite informal.
Leave your suits and ties behind. Business casual recommended.
SOCIAL ACTIVITIES: We have a scheduled several
tee times at TBD on Thursday afternoon starting at 1:30 pm.
If you are interested, please let me know so I can reserve
you a spot. The cost is not available at this time.
