Reservation Information

The 2010 Annual Meeting will be held on August 11 -14 at Seascape Beach Resort near Monterey, CA

We are able to offer your group the following room rates for single or double occupancy:

Rates are exclusive of the Resort Fee. Overnight Rooms are subject to a 10% occupancy tax

Deluxe Suite - Either a studio or one bedroom suite
Amenities include: King or Queen-size bed, fireplace, fully equipped kitchenette, TV with pay-per-view, DVD, video games, wireless Internet access, and private balcony facing the bay.

One Bedroom Beach Villa
Amenities include: King-size bed, fireplace, fully-equipped kitchen, private deck or patio many with dramatic ocean view, TV with pay-per-view, DVD, video games, wireless Interenet access, stereo with CD player, and electric BBQ grill.

Two Bedroom Beach Villa
Great for “share withs” (two people who would not share a bed).
Amenities include: Master Bedroom with king-size bed, guest bedroom with queen-sized bed, two full bathrooms, fireplace, fully-equipped kitchen, private deck or patio, many with dramatic ocean view, TV with pay-per-view, DVD, video games, wireless Internet access, stereo with CD player, and electric BBQ grill.

NOTE: The nightly resort fee in lieu of gratuities for housekeeping, bell staff and on-property transport. In addition, the resort fee includes in-room high-speed Internet access as well as access and use of the Seascape Sports Club- a full service fitness center located one block east of the resort.

To reserve your room, you MUST use the reservation request form below. Please complete the form and FAX to 831-662-0515 or mail to the address below:

A 50% deposit in the form of a credit card must accompany this form by July 11, 2010 to guarantee your reservation. All requests are subject to availability of the contracted room block. Reservation forms received within 30 days of arrival are subject to availability and may not qualify for the discounted group rate. Cancellations received within 30 days of arrival will result in a 100% cancellation fee. Cancellations, no-shows and early departures will be billed to your credit card. Room rates and resort fee are subject to a 10% occupancy tax.

DIRECTIONS TO SEASCAPE BEACH RESORT

From Santa Cruz
Take Hwy-1 South to Monterey/Watsonville and exit Larkin Valley/San Andreas Rd. Turn right at San Andreas Rd. At stop sign, turn right at Seascape Blvd and continue until the road ends. Turn left to go to Seascape Beach Resort Lobby.

From San Francisco Airport • SF Bay Area
Take Hwy-101 South to Hwy-85 South to Hwy-17 South to go to Santa Cruz. Follow directions “from Santa Cruz” above.

From San Jose Airport
Take Hwy-101 South to Hwy-17 (Interstate-880) South to go to Santa Cruz. Follow directions “from Santa Cruz” above.

From Monterey • Carmel
Take Hwy-1 North to Santa Cruz and exit Larkin Valley/San Andreas Rd. Turn right at San Andreas Rd. At stop sign, turn right at Seascape Blvd and continue until the road ends. Turn left to go to Seascape Resort Lobby.
