Reservation Information

The 2008 Annual Meeting will be held on August 13 - 16 at Rosario Resort in Orcas Island, WA.

ROOM RESERVATION

The above group rates based on single or double occupancy. There will be an additional charge of $20.00 for each guest exceeding double occupancy. There is no additional room charge for children under twelve.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT

The standard check-in time is 4:00 PM. Check out time is 11:00 AM.

LUGGAGE HANDLING

A luggage handling fee of $5.00 per person plus tax, round-trip, will be assessed, in addition to the room rate above.

RESORT FEE

Rosario's resort fee is $10.00 per room per night, in addition to the group rate.
This fee entitles your guests to enjoy the resorts VIP services including:

• Mansion Museum Tour
• Resort Recreation Activities and Games
• Fitness Classes, yoga, aerobics, water aerobics, power walks, etc.
• Moran Lounge Entertainment
• On property Transportation
• Parking
• No Surcharge Toll Free Local Calls and Credit Card Calls

RESERVATION PROCEDURE You may make your own reservations directly with the Resort’s IN HOUSE guest room Reservations Department at 800-562-8820, (press 1 on cue.) from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday; 10:00 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Please make sure you mention our group code: NWSCRS.

You will be required to provide a credit card to hold your room reservation.

All reservations must be made by the Cut-Off Date of July 6, 2008 to receive the group rate and a guaranteed reservation. Guests will be charged one night’s room and tax for any room reservation which is not cancelled within 7 days of arrival or if they fail to arrive.
